How it all began

No, we don't know what year it was in the old calendar. In fact, all traces of previous time are lost. It is currently year 157 of the new establishments. After we refounded ourselves as a race. Let's put it this way: we decimated ourselves. We may not know when it happened, but we do know the supposed dates of the two biggest events. C-Day and N-Day. Here's what happened.

July 9th, 2021
The United States and Chinese economies simultaneously crash, causing widespread panic and starvation. Many places rebel.

March 5th, 2026
The New California Republic nukes Paris, causing a third world war.

May 11th, 2026
Sides are chosen, every known country, old and new, is pulled into the war.

December 14th, 2032
All known traces of communism are erased, as China finally falls.

November 31st, 2033
Chicago, Los Angeles, Beijing, Jakarta, Budapest, Oslo, Johannesburg and Moscow are nuked, day forever known as C Day.

January 1st, 2039
All nukes from every country are launched, causing a nuclear holocaust, throwing us into an ice age and bringing us back to stone age technologies. Known as N-Day.

First new year, Scholars in Japan re-invent the calendar. Japan has existed for 3 years.

October 12th, 15
Discovery of an Indian state, that was founded 5 years after Japan.

April 26th, 22
Discovery of an old cache of technology from the year 1987, shared with the Indian civilization.

May 9th, 36
Discovery of a new United Kingdom, technology shared with them as well. They were founded 9 years previous to Japan.

July 16th, 44
Full expansion of new empires.

Delegation of New Empires established, first member states added are Korea-Japan, the United Kingdom, and India as well as each of their dependencies.
